Still having blogger issues

Of course I am! What is up with blogger lately - it was running so smoothly for a while and now it is one thing after another (of course it seems to happen on days I can catch up!)

So if you are having trouble where it keeps asking you to login when posting a comment, check the other options (usually in the drop down box) and see if there is a name/url option. We found that yesterday at a couple places and used it. The weird thing is we tried to comment at our new bengal brother friends blog (Bengal Business - oh, if you have not met them you have to go by - the are such little cuties) and yesterday that was not an option, but today it is. I had mentioned it on the blogger help forum yesterday so maybe they made that an option for all blogs now.

We are able to post a bit on blogs for blogger without that option - it seems to be hit or miss.

And if you haven't already been to the help forum, and are having the commenting problem please go by and let them know - the more people that tell them there is a problem the more they will know if it is widespread or not.

I hate all these problems but the issue is that I really like most of the features for blogger. I have my back up WordPress blog but it doesn't do half the stuff I want it to (my guess is you have to pay for things like custom fonts and colors).  And even if I move the blog does that mean that it will fix the problem with comments on other peoples blogs? Probably not. Since I get my blogs through Reader (which is also full of features I love) I have to be logged in to google either way - it is just so frustrating that all the apps are so intertwined!

Ok, that is enough of a rant now. I will have some cat stuff later on hopefully. The weather here is crummy, but not anywhere near as bad as the others in MO, Ok, TX and KS have had - we are sending out lots of purrs and prayers to everyone in those areas and their families and friends.
