And second, tomorrow the kittens will be 6 months old! They were born on March 31 - I can't believe they are only 6 months old. It seems like they have always been with us!
So, I thought that today it would be fun to look at the pictures of the from before they moved in with us - from their first 9 weeks! Well, that turned out to be a LOT of pictures - so I decided to break it up a bit. Today, we have weeks 1 - 3. These pictures were taken by Megan when she still had the whole crew living with her in Texas. The also include Cosmo (the pale orange guy), Louise (the um, calico - I think the less stripey - I have such a hard time telling - in the first picture she is the one closest to Stella - Stella has the biggest color patches and least stripes), Io (the little black guy) and Luna (who I think is the most stripey one - in the picture below she is at the top - I think). Luna and Louise are hardest to tell apart, because they are both stripey and have similar face color - Stella has more gray and big patches. Gus and Cosmo had different names when they were born (Twist and Han respectivly). And of course, there are also some of their mom Mac. So, I hope you like them!
Oh, before I go - I am still working on getting caught up - it is the end of the quarter at work so it has been busy. Kirzon has a second shirt now - I thought an un-stretched one might be good - he got out of it too, so I am going to try some of the ideas from a few days ago. Barney is licking his fur off a lot again, so I might have one on him too soon - but he is licking only, not pulling. Stella's eye is much better already - I can tell because when it was bad she had the whole laser eye thing, even in person, not just pictures. That is gone now. Luckily I am used to doing the eye goo for cats - Lola had allergies when she was young that needed it, and Barney has that now. And Virgil and Kirzon have both had to have it too. She tolerates it well, and at this point I am so used to it that I can do it pretty quick - before they have time to fight!
Oh, and no garden post this week - it is basically the same - mint is giant, everything else small. The seeds were pretty old (I got the kit 2 christmases ago) so I am amazed anything grew. Oh, and I haven't seen the Thankful fur 3 bloghop up yet but if I do I will add it to the end of the post!
Ok, so here are pictures from their first 3 weeks - other than the first picture, they are pretty much from birth to week three in order. Next week I will be doing another one with the later weeks. There are a lot - so I hope you like them!! (You can click to biggify them)
Oh, and I just got the bloghop code, it is added at the bottom of the page!
