Well, this is going to be short because this weekend is half over and I didn't get most of what I needed done. It was Brad's mom's Birthday yesterday so we went to dinner then, but because we weren't exactly ready with the gifts we went again today too - which ate up last night and tonight. And today we went couch shopping. We went to one store which had nice stuff but not what I was looking for, so we ended up going to the store in the city that has the ones I had fallen in love with on the internet - and we got them! We got a sofa and loveseat (we were going to get an ottoman too but had to cut that because these are more then the Ikea stuff would have been). I am so excited. And the cooles part is we got a 5 year protection plan that - wait for it - covers repair for pet stains. So say the cat barfs on the sofa and makes a stain - you call within 5 days and they come and fix it!! Oh, and it is the Milos sofa - like our friend Milo from The Cat's Meow! Anyway, here is a picture - we got brown leather, not black, but it will give you an idea
It was a pain in the butt to drive into the city to look at it, but I am so excited about it!!
Ok, gotta go - I want to catch up with some stuff plus I really have a ton of cleaning to get done that didn't happen because of our unexpected extra trip and the dinners. Oh, I forgot - I am a crazy person with the wrapping - I will post a picture of the gift I wrapped for Brad's mom tomorrow - I have it on my camera. I also have a cat food update. Ok, gotta go, Virgil is trying to knock stuff off the table.

That's a cool sofa!! But if I had that kind of warranty on mine, the girls would be TRYING to make a stain that couldn't be gotten out. . . it would be a challenge for them!
