Fetching!
This is Virgil's perfect event - he loves to play fetch! He learned from his big brother Floyd, and he has taught his little brother Barney (though Barney is much less interested in continuing after 2 or 3 tosses). There is a picture of him fetching his feather toy - he love to play fetch with that (luckily it flies pretty well), a series of him fetching his "ball" - he loves to play with pompoms from the craft store - I first got them for him as a substitute for cotton balls, which were his favorite for fetch when he was little, and there is one of him as a "fetcher in training" with one of the smaller pompoms. Enjoy! Tomorrow we will have our posts for the high jump and watching birdies and squirrles, and then Friday we will be posting some random entries since we are allowed to make up our own events (or if anyone comes up with more we can do then we may join those).

tesla sometimes fetches too! She does a really good job. But it's hard to catch her on camera!
Virgil you look quite 'fetching' while fetching!!! Mom told me it looks like she will not be able to participate in the jumping event. She prepares my blogs every Sat for the week because her week nights are busy. This week she's had functions Tues., Wed and another one tonight. She is sorry but she will not be able to make the Friday deadline....
