UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Since it has been quite a long time since we have been active, we are going to be Under Construction for a while - trying new fonts, designs, and updating our sidebar stuff. Hopefully we will get it how we like it soon so it won't change too much!

Also - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the giant gap below this notice - I cannot figure out how to do it - thanks!!

Please go send some good thoughts to Eduardo

Hi Everyone. I have been slowly catching up on reading everyones posts and today I stopped by to visit Eduardo the Snuggle Puggle and read the very sad news that he is quite sick. I know that many of you have been by but this just sounds like it is so awful for him so I had to post for anyone who doesn't know him. Please stop by and send him some really good healing purrs and get well thoughts. I know that there are lots of others out in blogland with sick kitties/puppies/moms/dads/etc. and I am going to try and mention you all as I get to you. I am taking it pretty slow (sometimes I get a bit emotional reading, especially as I come across the wonderful mentions of Floyd)so I will be doing this over the next few days. I have already visited a few friends, and honestly I am sure I missed a few people before deciding to post these with Eduardo's problem, so please know that we are always sending our purrs and love out to you all - and if I don't mention you it is because I visited you before I got this idea together. Of course if you are fine we are just sending out the vibes of "keep it that way please" because right now if I could have any wish it would be that all my wonderful blog friends and their families stay safe and healthy for as long as possible!

And speaking of good thoughts, please send some to Barney - he has a bald spot on his chin and it looks like he may have lost some fur in his underarms. He is fine otherwise (a little rowdy but he is still very young) so I am not too worried but we are probably going to take him in to the vet to be safe - I could just be imagining the whole underarm thing but I want to be sure it is nothing serious. I mean for all I know the chin is from a scratch from wrestling with his brother that got itchy and he keep rubbing - it isn't gross or anything, just bald. We will be calling tomorrow about an appointment because I have to figure out when I can go based on the fact that I also have to renew my drivers license - if we do it tonight then anytime is ok but if we can't get it done then it will have to be Saturday morning for the license, and later in the am for the vet, which is why I am waiting until tomorrow, so I have a better idea for time.

Could Barney have rubbed his chin furs off in his grief over Floyd?

We have already stopped by Eduardo's and are crossing our paws for him.

Sei-Chan had an issue with some bald spots under her arms when just a few months old. The vet gave us a potion to put on every 3 days (!) and it worked like a charm. We hope it will be just as easy to take care of Barney's.

Hi Amy, how are you? I have been thinking of you! You are very sweet to have so much love and concern to share. Be as emotional as you want. Yesterday, I started crying over a song on the radio that I used to sing to Tookie. It just will pop up and hit you. That to me just means Love never ends.
I will keep little Barney in my thoughts. Maybe he has an allergy.
I will visit Edwardo too. Pugs are so cute.
Sending Healing Thoughts you way,
Lorianna

We went to give some healing purryaers to Ana and Eduardo. Glad you're feeling a bit better and Barney's bald spot could be because of Floyd. When Scooter(RIP) went to the Bridge, Skeeter (her sisfur) started this chewing out her fur thing. Her bellie ind underarm is bald (more like peachfuzz), but I think it's her way of grieving. She doesn't do it as much and I do not notice a rash or anything. We hope you guys have a good day today!

I just read your comments about Moseley and I definitely connected Floyd's issues with Mose. I've thought a lot about Floyd's not eating. We are taking Moseley to the vet on Friday. How old was Floyd?

Hey Barney, my Dad has some bald too, but it is on top of his head, maybe somebody scratched him too much on top of the head. We're all sending you purrs just in case...never hurts to purr for friends! We will go visit Eduardo too, thanks for telling us.

Yes it really sounds painful what poor Eduardo is going through.. I hope with treatment he gets better.
I hope your Barney is alright too and that his bald spot thing won't be anything too serious. Hope his visit to the vet goes a-ok. =]

Hi Amy good to hear from you. YOu have been in our thoughts and prayers.

Very funny about the live bait and tackle in your past. In all my years I've never seen or heard of one..but then I don't fish so....
Loved your story.
