First, let me start by thanking everyone who came by for Barney's party yesterday - having you come visit made the day super special!
I am sorry I didn't really visit yesterday. It is the time of year when my headaches get bad (I think the moisture in the air causes mold which makes them worse). I have a headache every day from work, but they are much worse from allergies - so it makes computing tough (especially on the laptop at home). I am working on catching up today but I can already feel the headache starting (and I am pretty sure I smell someone smoking in here which is against the law).
So Barney didn't get any new toys for his birthday - mainly because we have so many already. But he got lots of snuggles and that was a good thing. He doesn't seem to care that he is 2 now - he is acting the same, and he still has his kittenish look.
The big news is that Trixie and Barney were snuggling for a long time on Sunday night. They don't do that often - Barney usually snuggles with Stella, and Trixie with Gus, so it was pretty exciting. I have pics to post either later on or tomorrow.
I did a ton of cleaning over the weekend and we found some old toys that the cats left under the couches - so that is fun for them because it is like having them new to play with. I still have a lot to do but the house is a lot better now.
The rest of the cats are pretty much the same. Oh, Gus and Stella's Gotcha Day is on the 30th - that is Memorial Day so I know a lot of our US friends will probably be busy but I will do a post for them for sure. Hopefully it won't take as long as Barney's did (because both blogger and picasa were acting up it took more than 4 hours). Not sure if it will be a huge party or what, but we will be doing something fun.
Then the next birtday will be Virgil - he is going to be 3 - I can hardly believe it! That is of course on July 4, so that will have something fun going on too.
Well, I guess I dont have too much randomness today - I think it is the headache blocking my brain. So like I said, I have those pics to post either later today or tomorrow. Be sure to check them out.

Everyone looks gorgeous! By the way, my mommyread this too and she said she can smell cigarette smoke from the car in front og=f her while traveling on the highway. She said she used to smoke but quit all at once. Outside of gaining EIGHTEEN pounds..she has done furry well. MOL

Sorry to hear about your headache. We totally understand; my allergies always act up at certain times of the year (and headaches are a part of the mix for me, too). Hope you feel better soon.

You are right; it is VERY hard to work on the computer when you have a throbbing headache. You need to apply an ice pack to the back of your neck and rest with your eyes closed...always works for momma! Please feel better.

Was a fun party for sure and the Oprah taping was beyond wonderful. I am sorry that your mommie is getting those nasty headaces. No fun at all. I think for the Memorial Birthday bash why not have an Indy 500 party!!! What fun we could have. Then you all could come to Indiana. The speedway isn't too far from where I live. OK, 2 l/2 hours but that is closer than where you are now.
