Today is going to be a Random Monday - I am hoping to get some pictures up later but I just felt like I needed some randomness - both cat and non-cat so be prepared.
First, ok, remember when Gracie sent Barney a Christmas present, including a special mousie just for him? Well, Barney being the nice big brother that he is let Trixie and Stella play with it - and they totally wrecked it. They ripped the head off and were chewing on the inside stuff. I took it away as soon as I saw what they did (it was fast let me tell you), and have it in a cabinet now. I am thinking the destroyed pompoms may not be Gus but may in fact be Trixie with Stella's help.
Lola is having tummy troubles again, so I took her off the canned and have her on her meds, and on the sensitive stomach dry food. That helped last time, so hopefully it will again. If not she may need a vet visit.
It is going to be tough visiting this week - managers sound like they will be coming in which makes work more stressful, and therefore home needs to be more restful. But one of the problems here is no longer at the company, so that helps when managers are out at least.
I did a lot of cleaning this weekend - so that meant very little computer time of course. I am not on a lot on weekends anyway, and that makes me get behind. Which makes me crazy, but that is how it goes!
Because I was working hard on catching up lately I haven't been doing posts keeping up with stuff going on. I have also kind of lost track of Hugo - I have to check up on him and I think it is time he made a trip back to our house.
Trixie has a bit of chin acne starting but I think I caught it in time to get rid of it. She is crazy sweet about me cleaning it, but I think everyone else hates the smell.
Every day I get home and sit on the couch, and I hear "click, click, click" headed my way - Trixie comes up, goes to my lap, and goes into a roll - from standing to curled upside down. Like seriously every day after work. That girl knows I need the snuggles! Oh, the click is the sound her claws on the extra toes make on the floor. You can always hear her coming - even when they are trimmed.
If I vaccuum, and Trixie sees me, she is afraid of me when I am walking around - just for a while, but it is very weird. She did the same to Brad. I could sit down and she would come right over, but if I have vacuumed and I am walking, even without the vaccuum, forget it.
We moved the couches around, and Virgil and Gus are both sitting by me more. Gus is off on his own a lot, but lately he and Virgil are taking turns on the heart shapped cushion which is now on my sofa. It is very cute.
Kirzon is his usual, old man self. Always wanting the sink on for water if I am upstairs, always going to see if Lola left any food he can steal.
Ok, I guess that is all for now - I hope you all have a great week and hopefully I will get a chance to stop by!

That is funny about the vacuum! We run at the sound of it so we never knew that a Human was attached to it! Hmmmm, something to ponder...
