UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Since it has been quite a long time since we have been active, we are going to be Under Construction for a while - trying new fonts, designs, and updating our sidebar stuff. Hopefully we will get it how we like it soon so it won't change too much!

Also - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the giant gap below this notice - I cannot figure out how to do it - thanks!!

Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone! Well, since Ozabella isn't having her surgery today, I thought it would be ok to bump Gus's post for her down. If you didn't notice, I haven't visted since Friday - this is a bad weekend for me (with Dad's birthday on Sunday) so although I did look at a lot of the Livestrong posts I didn't really feel up to commenting. I did spend a lot of time cleaning and getting organized, mainly as a distraction.

I am also super busy at work today - not sure why exactly, and super tired, so if you don't see much visiting in the next day or so that is why. I am just in such a crummy mood today to so I wish it wasn't so busy here.

The cats are all good - Stella's eye is much better, and she is tolerating the eye goo well. It has gotten chilly here, so Virgil is more snuggly again, also good. Kirzon doesn't seem to be doing any more fur pulling and it looks like it is starting to grow back - which is good because I can't keep a shirt on him or on Barney either. Barney is still doing all his licking and getting fur out, but he has done that for a while. I wish he wouldn't but I can't get him to stop - he leaves a little at least. And Gus, well, he is Gus. I am still not sure how his hearing is - either he has a harder time hearing or he is just really good at ignoring me. He will look sometimes but others not even an ear twicth. Lola is enjoying her room - with the weather changing I will have to be checking to see how the temperature is in there - I think it should stay nice and warm but our house is so weird with the heating and cooling you never know - I used to keep the vent closed in there to make more heat go downstairs, since I wasn't in there all the time, and it didn't get too cool, but now I have it open so I hope it stays comfortable. Other than that there really isnt' too much going on with the cats - Virgil and Lola go in for their annual check ups in a couple weeks, and that is really all that is up.

I will try to post some pics later today - I still have a bunch of cleaning to do and have also been working on a bracelet that is taking a lot longer to make than I thought (I usually work on jewelry when I am visiting with Lola and she will sit either near me or resting her head on my lap) because while it isn't super difficult, it takes a lot of work to get any length going.

Oh, I also wanted to add that I know I have been AWFUL about getting out the Paw it Forward packages, the Hugo package, and probably a thousand other packages. With so much going on I just wasn't able to (between vet visits that cost $ and other stuff it was a combo of time and $ that delayed everything). But as of today I think I have everything sent - though I am sure if I go through everything I will find something I missed! I hope everyone understands - I hate it when life gets in the way of stuff!

Anyway, I don't know how much will be going on this week here - I hope to have things calm down and visit and get caught up and everything! If I don't see you right away I hope you all have a great week!

Don't feel bad we've been unable to visit much lately because of all the stuff going on around here. We are all hoping things get quiet soon so Mom can get back to helping us blog!

It's nice to get updates. I hope this week is an easy one for you. When things build up, it's nice to have things settle down for a while until you get your breath. Never worry about missing a few visits. We'll be here when you get back. Sending you energy.

It has cooled down here too and we had to get all the cold weather things done for the cats. Please take care of yourself first and don't worry about commenting and other stuff - Like Old Kitty said - it should be fun not stressful.

You do sound really busy. Not to worry about the visiting, just whenever you have the time. I know how hard it is to fit everything into one day. Glad to hear that all the kids are doing all right. Take care and take a break.

You are certainly busy! I told Ozabella what Gus said and she was happy. I still won't let her on the computer....she is really strange....VERY talkative and not really saying anything....girls....just don't get them....

Hope this week will be a lot better for you. I know Mom will get busy and we don't get to visit. Or like now I am licking Mom's fingers while she is trying to type. Any way sure hope your weekend was kind of nice. Maybe you should just say the heck with it and take a nap.
