UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Since it has been quite a long time since we have been active, we are going to be Under Construction for a while - trying new fonts, designs, and updating our sidebar stuff. Hopefully we will get it how we like it soon so it won't change too much!

Also - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the giant gap below this notice - I cannot figure out how to do it - thanks!!

What a week!

So it is crazy for me this week because of taking off a few days. I want to visit but it is tough - so if you don't see me til next week that is why - I am trying to read but may not have time to comment a lot. I am trying to hit the birthday/gotcha day/blogoversary/purrs stuff and at least comment there. By the time I get home I am so tired and headachy, and while I am off I will be cleaning (even though I know my vets are great and super careful about watching, I am super paranoid the kittens could find a tiny piece of something and eat it before the surgery and with everything that happened with Maxie, well, for those of you who don't know he had a teeth cleaning and vomited from eating while under, the vet didn't notice, it burned his esophagus and he almost died - but he didn't and is ok now. I know my vets office observes very closely while they are under - and that is a big advantage of using an office that is smaller in my opinion - they have less animals so can pay more attention to those that are there) and making sure there is nothing the kittens can eat (like if they find a piece that got moved around somehow - like by someone being silly and batting it around). Plus I am trying to spend at least an hour or more with Lola after work - and the computer in there needs work. I do bring the laptop up sometimes but don't do too much on there. But by next week we will be all caught up and back to normal.

I did have to mention - Gus and Barney were sitting together, so I decided to compare the size of their feet (Gus has huge feet) and they are the same size - crazy! His dad must be HUGE!

Anyway, I will try and post again before next Monday, hopefully I can get some pictures. I will most likely not get a Friday Friends post up this week - actually maybe I will do a Friday Friends Flashback or something. And there will be more hippo pics. Right now I am so disorganized, I have so much stuff to send out, and I am still waiting on things to get to me, so if you are doing paw it forward or anything, well, just don't expect it in the next day or so, that is for sure. Once everything calms down next week I will be much happier!

Hugs and Purrs and everythign to everyone we haven't had a chance to visit! I hope everyone is doing ok!!

Amy, please take care of yourself - and don't worry about commenting! We're sending many purrs to the kittens for trouble-free surgeries.

With all of this going on why on earth would you take off from work? You would get more rest at working all the day long. Take it easy. Let us know how the kittens do. Head butts to my sweetie pie, Barney!

Da Boys send purrs for the kittens when they go to get broken! Da Boys also want your kitties to make sure that you don't overwork yourself trying to "get things done"!

Breathe! Your schedule sounds very hectic and we think you should just sit back for a minute or two and clear you mind...cuddle a kitty...watch sunset...relax. Everything that needs doing will get done. And the surgeries will go perfectly well!

Sounds like you have been busy. We are busy commenting on the past 3-4 days we have missed out on. I don't know how some of you do it with so many followers/commenters. I am good at around 70 haha.
