So, for those of you in the US, you know that April 15 is tax day. But what a lot of you probably don't know is that April 15 is also the day that our very own Virgil is featured in the Cute Overload desk calendar! So, on April 15, starting at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time, until 11:59 p.m. that same day, we are holding a commentathon! For every comment left during that time we are going to donate twenty five cents to Cat Guardians which is a no-kill shelter located in Lombard, IL. This is the shelter where Floyd, our boy who went to the bridge last October, lived before he came to live with me. Now I know this is a kitty only shelter and we have a lot of doggie friends out there too. Most of the time we try to donate to shelters that work with both, but we wanted to do something for the shelter that saved Floyd. Without them we never would have known him. So stop back on April 15 and be sure to comment! And if you want to let others know, please feel free to grab the graphic below and post a link to us!

That's very nice ! we also try to collect money or food or baskets, blankets, toys etc. for our cat shelters. All my cats are coming from a shelter except Rosie, I found her through internet !
