UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Since it has been quite a long time since we have been active, we are going to be Under Construction for a while - trying new fonts, designs, and updating our sidebar stuff. Hopefully we will get it how we like it soon so it won't change too much!

Also - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the giant gap below this notice - I cannot figure out how to do it - thanks!!

Just a quickie!

So this is just a quickie - I will be posting our awards when I get home. I had a bad weekend (work stuff) so I didn't get online much. But the kitties are all doing good - Kirzon seems like his mouth is better but he still seems too thin so how he is this week will determine if we head up to the vets or not. He still has some medicine left so we will have to see how he is later this week (since it is antibiotics, it could be bothering his tummy). The cats were crazy the past few days - lots of chasing and fighting - some play fighting, some annoyed at being chased fighting.

The funny thing is that I got up early on Saturday to go to the accountant to do taxes, and Kirzon hid a bit because he thought it might be a vet trip. But once the cat food was down it was ok. Usually with a vet trip they don't get food til afterwards (to avoid barfing in the carrier). So he must have realized food=no vet trip.

Virgil is on a huge knocking stuff down kick - I am wondering if they are getting spring fever. I have been trying to crochet a blanket for them (I am not great, and I know they won't be too picky) and they alway want to play with the string. Even Lola was going after it!

I am sorry I haven't gotten any new pics - I have to get some, especially Virgil, because he is looking much more like a mancat lately - like he is broader in the chest or something. I can't really explain it because he was pretty mancatly before, but he is just bigger and floofier looking when he sits - but just in his white chest furs. I will try and get some pics up to show you, and will do the awards later. I am also catching up from the lack of weekend visits - I only made a couple, so it will be a while!

Yes, I'm sure the antibiotics would bother Kirzon's tummy--I know they certainly do upset my entire system! Poor boy, sending him lots of purrs and healing Light.

Yes, I think everyone has Spring fever right now....Even my Annie has been nuts lately. :-)

Star and Mister Kitten have had Spring Feber as well! Thomas & Zaphoid are much too dignified though to join in... so far as I know!!! Since The Cat Door has been opened they've been spending a lot of time Outside. Outside gooooood! ::grin::

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde is glad to know that Kirzon is feeling better! They say to eat lots and have treatses and send bunches of purrrrrrs! (and some for you for the bad weekend!)

Hi

I'm sending Krizon lots and lots of healthy purrs. My own isn't too well too but she sents a little meow!

Good luck with the crocheting - hope to get to see pics of the final result soon!

Spring must definitely be in the air with the cats going all crazy. And Virgil being more mancatly and floofier.

Take care

Hi Amy. I'm sorry you are having such a rough time with work. I wish you had less stress in your life. I hope Kirzon feels better. Antibiotics can make anyone feel queasy. Poor kitty!
I think our kitties are picking up on the longer days and Spring fever is in effect. I know they will love their new blanket. I can't wait for it to get warm enough to open windows. Then we can deal with the fights over them! :)
I like your VS's so much! All three are adorable. I understand about Floyd. It really hasn't been that long. I still think I see orange and black fur out of the corner of my eye and it will be three years this coming June. Now, there go my eyes...
I hope the week smoothes out for you. Take care.
Hugs,
Lorianna

Hope Kirzon gets better everyday. I am still worried about Jackie. He is still weak, but it doesn't affect his appetite. somehow he is losing strength in his hind legs. if we don't see improvement in the next couple days, we will take him to the vet again. now he is napping on my tummy so im working on my computer w/ one hand, but its all good :)

It's good to hear Kirzon's mouth is starting to feel better. Maybe he will be more into eating now, too?

We think The Furry Bambinos have Cabin / Spring Fever too. PB has been in a mood lately! We can't wait till it's warm enough to open the windows for some fresh air!
