UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Since it has been quite a long time since we have been active, we are going to be Under Construction for a while - trying new fonts, designs, and updating our sidebar stuff. Hopefully we will get it how we like it soon so it won't change too much!

Also - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the giant gap below this notice - I cannot figure out how to do it - thanks!!

My Date with Danielle

Hi Everyone! This is Virgil and I wanted to tell you about my wonderful Valentine's day date with Danielle!

First, I got on my boogie mat and picked her up (mom didn't get any pics). Since she is from WI and I am in IL it was a very quick trip. I thought it would be romantic to spend the day in Chicago.

First we went to see "The Bean". We thought it would be a person, like our moms, but it was a big silver scuplture.

Then we looked at the cool ice sculptures in the park

After checking out the rest of the park, we went to dinner at McCormick and Schmicks, which is a tasty seafood place.

We ate a lot of yummy foods!

After dinner, we went ice skating - Danielle was much better at it then I was, because she has been on ice before!

After skating it was getting late, so I flew Danielle home, but before I left, I gave her the rest of her present:

I really hope she had a good time - I know I did!!

My mom wanted me to add that we are participating in the cat-olypmics and she will be posting about that later on!!

And don't forget to read about Barney's Valentine's Day below, if you haven't already!

What a delightful date! And so romantic. Mom says it reminds her of when she and dad were dating (they are from Chicago). I am sure your ladycat was most impressed.

Wow! What a fantastic Valentine's you two had. Maybe Barney and I should have stayed behind in the Niagara Falls Valentine's trip, it would have been safer.
Hey Barney, maybe we need a quiet trip to Chicago? That will go on our to do list.
