UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Since it has been quite a long time since we have been active, we are going to be Under Construction for a while - trying new fonts, designs, and updating our sidebar stuff. Hopefully we will get it how we like it soon so it won't change too much!

Also - Can someone tell me how to get rid of the giant gap below this notice - I cannot figure out how to do it - thanks!!

Ok just talked to the vet...

And all Kirzon's test look good - but he is showing signs of a bit of infection. We will pick up antibiotics on Wednesday when I take Barney. Since he is having some mouth issues (the red gums and lots of tartar) it is most likely the gum thing causing the infection results, and probably also causing him to not want to eat as much. He will have to have a good tooth cleaning soon, but first we need to get the gums better. I have to say I was very nervous calling - after everything with Floyd I was bracing for the worst.

Ok, I just wanted to get this up before I had to fight with the home computer - hopefully there will be pictures up in a while!

Glad to hear that Kirzon's going to be okay.

I thought if you got the teeth cleaned, that they clean the tartar out from under the gums, too -- so that might help. But then, I'm not a vet (for good reason).

I hope that Kirzon's infection clears up soon.

We're still sending purrs for you, Kirzon! Teeth problems are not comfortable!

That's pretty good news about Kirzon, considering. A thorough tooth-cleaning should take care of the gum problem, although at his age the v*t may insist on a blood test to confirm he can undergo anesthesia.

We're glad that Kirzon's problem seems to be fixable, but poor guy! It's not fun to have tooth and gum problems. We're sending him (and you) lots of purrs!
