So today I got a package I had ordered from SuppliesJust4Pets.com - Baby Patches mom's online store. The package was delivered damaged and marked that it has been received unsealed (it had ripped open on the side - not even at the sealed part). They had closed it up with packing tape and delivered it. When I opened it I noticed one of the items was missing. I won't say what but it was for the Paw It Forward so I had ordered 4 - 3 for the packages, 1 for our cats. They had emailed me a couple days ago to say that they had 3 of the 4 (which was also great of them - most of the time you find out when it is listed on the packing slip) and that was fine, since I only need 3 for the packages. Well, the damaged package had almost everything in it - boogie mat, new feather for Da Bird, and most of the toys, but one was missing. So I contacted the site to let them know, thinking that since it is late in the day (after 5 pm) I would probably hear tomorrow. I went to check my email for something else and noticed that I already had a reply from them - probably only 15 minutes after I contacted them! They offered to replace the item which is AWESOME of them. I cannot believe how great their service is. I know that with most companies it would have been at least a 24 hour wait just to hear back. So not only does Baby Patches mom have great stuff but they treat their customers great too!! I know most of the time when people are talking about places it is to complain so I wanted to be sure to let everyone know about a VERY GOOD company!
The only other bad thing is that the stuffing from the envelope got all over - it sticks to the stuff like cat hair! But that is not SuppliesJust4Pets fault - it isn't supposed to get ripped open during transit!
