So today we had a trip to the vet fpr bpth Floyd and Barney. Floyd's was his usual monthly check up and Barney's was for his shots and 6 week check up. Both are doing well. Barney is up to 2 pounds and Floyd is maintaining his 15 lb weight. So both are doing very well. They have another kitten at the vet, and I would love to take her but we just don't have room for 6. She looks just like Barney except her face is rounder, her ears are smaller (or should I say more normal sized) and he has more white on her belly area. But they look like they could be related, and she was left there just like Barney, in a box at their doorstep. I really wish I could have taken her too, and it makes me sad that we just don't have room for a sixth cat - if we had a bigger house she would be here. So if you know of anyone in the Chicagoland area that is looking for a kitten, leave me a comment and let me know.
So anyway, Barney goes back in 4 weeks, and we have to wait for Floyd's blood test results, but he is usually 4 weeks so it will probably be a group thing. Plus, it is time for Kirzon's annual check up in July so I may just pack up the three of them to take. Ok, Barney would like to type something to everyone - here it is:

No idea what that means, but he loves to climb on the keyboard while I am typing so I thought I would throw in some of what he ends up with.
Anyway, we have to go shopping for rocks for the front yard (I really regret not taking them from my dad's house before we sold it) and a few other errands but I am hoping to have more pics up this evening.

It is always a difficult moment when you just have to say "enough." #1 says she wishes she was still living in Chicago and could help you out! France is just that bit too far away!
Barney! You are lucky. Mom always erases what we type. I was left in a box at the vet's door, too! With my sister, Sarah and brother BooBoo!

Aggie likes to type, too. And I'm as bad as Gandalf and Grayson's mom. I keep telling her she needs to work on her composition skills but she insists on creative expression.
Good news for Barney and Floyd! We know how hard it was to not bring the little one home! Illyana loved to type. I was always having to edit out her comments.
